Ryan Shirley focuses on office and retail sales and leasing while working alongside Max across the team’s commercial property portfolio. A Tucson native and former University of Arizona fullback, Ryan brings teamwork, discipline, and a strong work ethic to commercial real estate.

Before entering brokerage, Ryan spent more than a decade in the HVAC industry. He began his commercial real estate career at NAI Horizon before joining BRD Realty. His hands-on experience with buildings gives clients a useful perspective when comparing properties, discussing improvements, and understanding how a space may function for their business.

Ryan pairs that practical background with an interest in data, AI, and modern marketing tools. From helping a business find office space for lease in Tucson to positioning a retail property for its next tenant, he focuses on clear communication and keeping the process moving.

Meet Max Fisher

Max Fisher has been active in Tucson real estate since 2012, specializing in industrial properties and business parks. His experience includes warehouse and distribution facilities, manufacturing buildings, flex space, research and development properties, and multitenant commercial investments.

Max has consistently closed more than 75 transactions annually over multiple consecutive years. That transaction volume provides firsthand insight into tenant requirements, buyer priorities, landlord expectations, and the details that move negotiations toward closing.

Max shares industrial property opportunities and market insights for businesses, owners, and investors. His industrial and warehousing background also brings a practical perspective to office and retail transactions, where access, building functionality, operating costs, and long-term flexibility are important considerations.

Outside of brokerage, Max is an endurance runner. The preparation, persistence, and follow-through required for endurance running reflect the approach he brings to his clients and their real estate goals.
